Data transfer and management
How do you accept input data?
We accept data in any standard GIS format, i.e. raster format such as TIFF, ECW, JPEG and Grid, and vector formats such as SHP, TAB, DGN, DXF etc.
Are documents acceptable as email attachments?
Documents pertaining to the project specifications or requirements are acceptable as email attachments.
Do you have a telephone helpline?
We have a toll free number to reach us at any time. Just dial 44 208 099 6613.
Do you have strong backup facilities for your data?
We have tape drives to provide back up storage for all our data. We retain the data usually for a period of one month. If the client specifically suggests retaining it for a prolonged time for further reference, we would do that.
What is your standard turn around time for projects?
It depends upon the nature of the project. The TAT differs with different project specifications and requirements.
Quality and security
Do you have any ISO Certifications?
Yes, the ISO 9001:2000 Certification for Quality Management System ISO 14001:2004 Certification for Environmental Management System We maintain international standards in quality, security, infrastructure and delivery mechanisms.
What kind of quality control procedures do you adopt?
We adopt ASPRS (American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing), NMAS (National Map Accuracy Standards), and FGDC (Federal Geographic Data Committee) standards for quality control. Customized standards are also used for some clients as per their requirements.
You cannot take hard copies of geographical and related digitization data. What quality control procedures do you adopt here?
We work on the digital data. So taking hard copies is usually not needed. For the digitized data, we follow the aforementioned quality control measures.

How qualified are your technical staff?
We have an experienced team of professionals - Graduates, Postgraduates and Doctoral degree holders in various disciplines like Remote Sensing, Geography, Geology, Civil engineering, Mining, Computer science and Economics.
How long will it take to mobilize a team for short term jobs?
After the confirmation of the project, short term jobs need only a couple of days to mobilize the team.
Do you offer free trial jobs without any obligation?
Yes, we offer one sample for a specific job depending on the client's demand.
